High growth speaker series: Rand Leeb-du Toit on growth by transformation strategy

  • RMIT Swanston Academic Building 445 Swanston St Melbourne, VIC, 3000 Australia (map)

Rand Leeb-du Toit transforms Founders and their ventures into high growth global opportunities that disrupt industries. He has jumpstarted over 30 businesses, raised more than half a billion dollars and has software deployed on over 2 billion devices. Rand shares with you his secrets to transformational growth that you can apply to your own venture immediately.

Rand is a South African champion in a range of surf lifesaving disciplines where he quickly learned to harness flow techniques simply to survive. He entered the business arena as a lawyer, but was drawn into the high technology, high growth world of business building and venture capital. He jumpstarted over 30 businesses, raised more than half a billion dollars and has software deployed on over 2 billion devices.

In addition to his experience as a venture capitalist, he has had deep exposure to the Silicon Valley way of life, at one point finding himself as CEO of a software company while living next door to Tim Cook. In his last corporate role he worked as an analyst for the world’s leading research and advisory company, Gartner, advising Fortune 500 CEOs and boards on executive leadership and disruptive innovation.

In 2014 he went through a sudden cardiac death experience and used flow to revive himself. This triggered a deep transformative phase during which he transitioned to his true soul work - coaching influential leaders to transform themselves from great to extraordinarily great elite performers. He founded EXOscalr with the purpose of generating $1 trillion in value through his coaching clients and touching the lives of 2 billion people by 2025.
